Silver kintsugi necklace with a twelve-color stained glass mosaic oval pendant. Twelve colors, one mended whole.
Twelve is an age-old number of completeness and unity, and here every piece belongs. Flowing silver seams join each jewel-toned piece of glass. Nothing is hidden. The mended lines are the most beautiful part.
✦ WHAT IS GIN-TSUGI?
Kintsugi ("golden joinery") is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and powdered metal, usually gold. It is traditionally traced to 15th-century Japan. Gin-tsugi ("silver joinery") is the silver variation, with a cooler, quieter glow. Both honor the same idea: a mended piece is not lesser. It carries its story in plain sight.

✦ THE MEANING
Kintsugi and wabi sabi celebrate what is imperfect, impermanent, and becoming. You're not broken, you're becoming.
✦ THE TWELVE COLORS
The colors are inspired by twelve traditional stones. Their meanings are symbolic only.
1. Orange-red (carnelian): courage and warmth
2. Lime green (peridot): fresh starts and renewal
3. Sage green (green jasper): steadiness and grounding
4. Teal (turquoise): good fortune and calm
5. Deep blue (lapis lazuli): wisdom and truth
6. Rose garnet: love, compassion, and gentle passion
7. Pale aqua (amazonite): hope and gentle communication
8. Taupe (agate): balance and endurance
9. Coral red (red jasper): strength and perseverance
10. Gold (amber): preserved light and patience
11. Near-black (onyx): resolve through hard seasons
12. Pale sky blue (blue chalcedony): peace and soft words
